ems444 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ems444", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ems444 platform and the entity operating it at https://ems444.com.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ems444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ems444 platform.
• "Platform" means the ems444 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available at https://ems444.com.
• "Balance" means the total Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or reward granted by ems444 to a Player, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot, live dealer game, sports betting market, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or adjustment made to a Player's Account Balance.

By accessing the ems444 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of services available on the ems444 Platform, you are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one Account on the ems444 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. You may do so by contacting ems444 support.
• Your Account username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.
• ems444 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Account registration constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. ems444 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ems444 Account that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials, including your username, password, or any one-time verification codes, with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact ems444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ems444 will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from ems444 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

ems444 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ems444 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Account against all threats.

All financial Transactions on the ems444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within your Account dashboard.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other Bangladeshi payment channels as listed in your Account deposit section.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ems444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your ems444 Account. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to ems444's verification and security procedures.
• ems444 targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals and 1–2 hours for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to verification status and volume.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed from the Account Balance prior to processing the withdrawal.

ems444 offers various promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before the bonus amount or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and any other bonus-specific conditions will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.
• A Player may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple Accounts is prohibited.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the ems444 Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. ems444 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where the Platform has experienced a material technical error that demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a sports event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, ems444's specific rules for that market will apply. These rules are displayed within each betting market at the time of placing a wager.
• All game outcomes, including slot spins, card draws, roulette spins, and dice rolls, are determined by certified random number generation. ems444 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round that prevents the round from completing, ems444 will void the wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.
• ems444 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed at an erroneous price or under exceptional circumstances that constitute a clear pricing error.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or bet types. These limits are published within the relevant game or market rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ems444 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended or closed, all pending bonuses forfeited, and may be subject to further action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or ems444.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating in connection with any Game or betting market on the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the Account Balance.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in furtherance of any criminal offence.
• Creating or using multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming bonuses more than once, or any other form of fraud.
• Providing false identity or age information at any point during the registration, verification, or transaction process.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means of concealing your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account Balance to any other person.

ems444 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity, including money laundering and fraud, to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.

All content on the ems444 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ems444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any ems444 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of ems444 intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ems444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or maintenance periods.
• Data loss or corruption resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any outcome of any Game or betting market, which is governed by certified random number generation and is not subject to ems444's control beyond ensuring system integrity.

ems444's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ems444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

ems444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. The Platform provides the following tools and resources to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a 7-day cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time alerts that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a short-term break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the Account remains open but no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting ems444 support. Self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours of the request being received.

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Identification of the Account holder as a minor.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ems444 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ems444 reserves the right to retain the Account Balance as compensation for any damages incurred, in addition to any other remedies available at law.

ems444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ems444 will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and contact ems444 support to request Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ems444 Platform.

Any dispute between you and ems444 shall first be referred to ems444's customer support team for resolution. ems444 is committed to resolving disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be waived by contract.
